The ten categories
Aetologic
Every work is read for ten categories. Its words give each category a share, and the shares add up to 100%: the % on a card is that share, and a picked category puts the works most about it first. A work where no category has more than a fifth is marked Mixed. A work holds a category when it is clearly there, so one work can hold several. Pick two or three categories to see the works that sit between them: each at least 15% of the work.

Submissions open soon. Students will add one project, a few lines and a link, and set its mix of categories themselves. To be in the first group, write to aetolo@aetolo.com with a link to your project.
What aetolo shows
- Only what a link preview shows: the picture the original page offers for sharing, a title, a few lines and a link to the page where the work lives. Pictures are loaded from those pages, never copied here, and stay with their makers.
- The categories are suggested by a language model from the words on each page, so they can be wrong. Many pages are titled with the student’s name: the project’s own name, from the page’s headings or first lines, is the title and the student is the credit. A page that names no project is shown as Untitled.
